Looking for a new challenge? We are currently looking to expand the successful and highly driven team within our award-winning family business, with the addition of qualified Vehicle Technicians to join our Service team in Attleborough (Norfolk) With ever-growing advancements in the automotive industry, this opportunity will allow you to work on the brand-new INEOS Grenadier and the latest Ford range of vehicles – including the exciting prospects of electric and hybrid. You will also receive manufacturer training to keep you at the forefront of technology. Ideally you will; possess good diagnostic skills and enjoy problem-solving. have a flexible approach and strong work ethic. be able to accurately follow repair orders and diagnosis procedures. hold a current UK driver licence will hold a level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance and have a good level of experience within the role, however level 2 qualifications and less time served applicants will be considered. Previous experience within a Main Dealer would be beneficial but is not essential. This is a 40 hours per week position, working Monday – Friday as well as 1 in 2 Saturday mornings. At present we have a particular emphasis on electric vehicle training as we see the industry transitioning across both in car and CV, with Ford set to continue as market leaders. Furthermore, our investment in facilities and equipment are top level. Our workshops are undergoing a transformation with many now completed and we also know the value of ultrafast connectivity and internet so that’s already in place and we have state of the art laptops (which are apprentices are also issued). All these investments and commitments are aimed at setting us apart from the competition, making the whole team as efficient as possible and enabling you to do what you really love, to be able to “crack on” on and get the job done!
