You will need: Significant experience at Band 5 working in specialist palliative care or caring for palliative care patients in a community or hospital setting Experience and knowledge of symptom management Ability to communicate effectively in complex clinical situations and with colleagues Desire to be part of a flexible and ambitious multi-disciplinary team A driving licence and access to a car for work related purposes St Gemma’s is an innovative and pioneering Hospice, providing services recently rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission.
