As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
•Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
•Driving new business acquisition within the carton manufacturing and supply sector across the UK.
•Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads from initial contact to successful conversion.
•Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations.
•Collaborating closely with internal teams (design, production, customer service) to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key attributes required:
•Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the carton packaging industry is essential.
•Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
