Reeson Education is recruiting a passionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in the M11 area of Manchester. This full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant role is based in KS1 and starts as soon as possible.
The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who can offer consistent classroom support, provide 1:1 and small group interventions, and build positive relationships with younger learners. The successful Teaching Assistant will be enthusiastic, patient, and ready to get stuck into all aspects of school life.

Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:
* Support pupils across KS1, including small group and 1:1 sessions
* Assist with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy activities
* Promote positive behaviour and social-emotional development
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and SEND staff
* Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning space
The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will:
* Be a caring, energetic, and hands-on Teaching Assistant
* Have experience supporting KS1 learners or younger pupils
* Be confident supporting early learning and routines
* Be flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic about primary education
* Be committed to making a daily difference in the classroom
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
* Right to work in the UK
* Relevant references covering the last 2-3 years
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
