Candidate Requirements: * Chartered or near-chartered status (RICS) with extensive building surveying experience. * Proven experience in managing complex projects and delivering high-quality outcomes. * Strong knowledge of construction, legislation, and current industry standards. * Excellent communication and report-writing skills. * Client-focused, professional, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently or within a team.
