The Role: You, the Senior Residential Support Worker will work as part of city-wide team to support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day activities of a nursing home As the Senior Residential Support Worker you will provide cover within the home in the absence of the Manager/ Deputy Within the role the Senior Residential Support Worker will supervise and develop a team of staff including annual appraisals, PRD and supervison Our Senior Residential Support Workers will oversee the implementation of care plans As the dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker you will work in partnership with, or as part of an integrated team You, the Senior Residential Support Worker will support admissions and discharges into the home As the Senior Residential Support Worker you will be required review and update non clinical care plans The Senior Residential Support Worker will work flexibly over 7 days 8pm to 8am on a rota of shift patterns. Shift pattens will be discussed further at interview. Closing date 21/12/2025hours 35 Hours Per Week
