This role will play a key part in supporting ongoing system and process integration following our recent acquisition by Visa.
Responsibilities:
* Oversight and management of the Accounts Payable function, including
o Receiving invoices, coding and posting to the accounting system
o Bi-weekly payment runs, through from preparation, sign off to making payments.
o Reconciliation of paid invoices on accounting system
* Assisting with Month End Reporting to include:
o Monthly Accruals Journal based
o Creditors Ledger Reconciliation
* Assisting with transition of supplier data to new systems
* General ad hoc finance administration duties as required.
This is a hybrid position, with the expectation of 3 days in the Cambridge office per week.
Qualifications
* Experience within an office administration/finance environment
* Working towards AAT Qualification
Desirable:
* AAT level 2
