Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales performance and deliver commercial targets through strong leadership and effective planning
* Create an exceptional customer journey that builds loyalty and repeat business
* Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, creating an engaged and positive culture
* Take ownership of all day‑to‑day store operations including stock, visual merchandising, and compliance
* Analyse trading performance and identify opportunities to maximise sales and profitability
* Ensure the store consistently reflects the brand's aesthetic and high standards
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager, or Store Manager within womenswear retail
* Strong leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams
* Commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive results
* Energetic, hands‑on, and customer‑centric approach
* A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and emerging trends
* An understanding of the importance of brand fit and creating the right in‑store experience
