Working alongside the Workshop Manager, this role has been created to strengthen production capability and maintain delivery of high-quality, bespoke products as the business grows. Core duties include Lead and carry out assembly of mechanical components, sub-assemblies and structural frameworks for bespoke projects. Interpret CAD models and detailed engineering drawings to build to specification and tolerance. Provide technical input during prototype builds and production runs; troubleshoot and resolve design or process issues promptly. Support quality control activities to ensure components meet company and regulatory standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help implement practical process improvements.Essential skills & experience Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship level 3 or equivalent technical qualification.
