Taking an active role in the cleaning of the kitchen. Managing, & motiving the Commis Chefs &
Kitchen Porters working with you.
Training in areas to aid progression into higher roles within the growing business.
We Offer: High basic rate of pay with progression for the right candidate. Tip share structure, Paid
Overtime, Double Time on bank holidays, 3 weeks holiday increasing to 4 weeks after a period of
continuous service.
Staff accommodation can be available.
