Key Responsibilities
* Managing household goods (HHG) and office & commercial removals from start to finish
* Coordinating logistics, packing, transportation, and delivery schedules
* Serving as the primary contact for removals clients throughout the move process
* Liaising with third-party agents, suppliers, and internal teams
* Monitoring shipments and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery
* Handling documentation, customs paperwork, and insurance requirements
* Resolving operational challenges and ensuring removals service excellence
* Managing budgets and ensuring cost control on each move
* Complying with removals industry regulations and company standards
* Upselling additional removals services such as storage and specialist packing
* Providing post-move support and addressing any removals client concerns
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven removals industry experience (HHG and/or commercial essential)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple moves simultaneously
* Proficiency with move management systems and Microsoft Office
* Experience coordinating with international agents is a plus
