Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and challenges to deliver tailored FP&A Systems solutions.
* Lead the development and execution of FP&A strategies, leveraging your expertise to ensure alignment with clients' business objectives and drive long-term value.
* Oversee the successful implementation of FP&A tools and processes, guiding clients through best practices and ensuring optimal utilization of technology.
* Mentor and develop junior consultants and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide clients with innovative solutions and thought leadership.
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of FP&A initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* Experience in consulting, with a strong focus on FP&A solutions.
* Hands-on experience with FP&A projects is desirable but not essential.
* Accountancy qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) preferred.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
