A leading design studio is seeking a talented and technically focused Architect or Technologist to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on two high-profile aviation projects within a collaborative and supportive studio environment.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Project Lead in addressing environmental, legal, and regulatory factors
* Contribute to planning applications and regulatory submissions
* Coordinate surveys and integrate findings into the design process
* Prepare and present design proposals using CAD and Revit
* Advise on contract selection and technical specifications
* Conduct risk assessments and evaluate building performance
* Promote sustainable strategies including refurbishment and recycling
Skills & Qualifications:
* ARB-registered Architect or qualified Technologist with strong technical design experience
* Proficient in Revit, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and SketchUp
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Experience in aviation or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
* London airport project experience highly desirable
