The Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead software delivery projects from kickoff to go-live, collaborating with developers, consultants, and clients. You will be responsible for keeping projects on track, ensuring client satisfaction, and empowering your team to perform at their best. This role is fully remote with a competitive salary of £80,000-£95,000.

Responsibilities
11. Lead high-performing teams of technical consultants and developers
12. Plan and execute projects, managing milestones, budgets, and schedules
13. Manage client expectations, scope changes, and deliverables
14. Apply expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
15. Monitor risks, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement
16. Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing updates, reports, and guidance
Requirements
17. 5+ years of IT project management experience, ideally in consulting or client-facing roles
18. Strong leadership and organisational skills
19. Experience managing technical implementation or enhancement projects
20. Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, or similar collaboration platforms
21. Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
22. Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously
