You will take ownership of paid social strategy and execution, collaborating closely with creative and performance teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. There is clear scope to develop strategic capability, influence client outcomes, and progress within a growing performance function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute paid social strategies aligned with client goals and commercial objectives
* Build, launch and manage campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok and Pinterest
* Monitor performance and implement ongoing optimisation to improve key metrics such as ROAS and CPA
* Collaborate with creative teams to produce and refine high-performing ad assets
* Manage budgets, bidding strategies and campaign structures to maximise efficiency and scalability
* Minimum 3 years’ experience managing paid social campaigns
* Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
* Experience working with eCommerce or direct-to-consumer brands
* Proven ability to optimise campaigns and drive performance improvements
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data
