Trading Assistant role at Sainsbury's
Our stores are fast-paced environments where no two days are the same. As a Trading Assistant, you'll help make sure the store is set up brilliantly to give customers everything they come to Sainsbury's for.
Eligibility
* You must be above the school-leaver age in your country (School leaving age - GOV.UK).
* You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
* If shifts cover hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you will need to be at least 18 years of age.
What you’ll be doing
* Collecting stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15kg) to replenish items across the store, keeping shelves tidy and well-presented.
* Always ready to serve customers, supporting with questions, and proactively offering help.
* Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
* Date checking fresh produce and grocery products.
* Help across the store as needed and support with deliveries as required.
