Job Responsibilities: Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve departmental performance on safety, uptime, availability, maintenance, equipment modifications, plant, error proofing, technical systems and processes and cost down opportunities. Participate within the companies CIP scheme. Reduce waste within the maintenance processes. Reduce energy consumptions through initiatives and controls (ensuring weekend hours are minimised for energy consumption). Time served apprenticeship mechanical / electrical. Able to read and understand fluid flow schematic drawings. Knowledge of bell applicators and conventional spray guns. Able to work from basic principles of how a system operates and own initiative to determine possible root cause and effective repair method. Knowledge of BM robotics and dosing systems including voltage block systems. Knowledge of Fanuc robots. IOSH trained.
