Reeson Education is working with a nurturing and well-established early years setting in East London, within the borough of Waltham Forest, to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3 Childcare/Early Years or above for a permanent position.
This Early Years Practitioner role is based in a supportive nursery environment serving families across Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone, Chingford and Highams Park. The setting is looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner who can support children's development and contribute to a high-quality early years provision.

Working hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:30am - 5:45pm
Friday: 9:45am - 5:45pm
Term-time only plus inset days
£14.25 - £16.65 per hourResponsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner:
Work in partnership with teachers as an Early Years Practitioner to deliver the EYFS curriculum
Act as a keyworker and monitor development as an Early Years Practitioner
Observe, assess and record progress as an Early Years Practitioner
Lead engaging activities as an Early Years Practitioner
Create a safe, stimulating environment as an Early Years Practitioner
Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are met as an Early Years PractitionerRequirements for an Early Years Practitioner:
Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
Experience working in an early years setting as an Early Years Practitioner
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
A caring, proactive and reliable approach as an Early Years Practitioner
