<div><h3><b>Employment Law – Senior Associate Solicitor</b></h3><h3><b>Location:</b> Cambridge</h3><h3><b>Salary:</b>£68,000–£90,000 + Leadership & Benefits</h3><h3><b>Lead High-Impact Employment Law Matters with a Top UK Firm</b></h3><p>Are you an experienced employment solicitor ready to step into a senior role with a leading, ambitious law firm?</p><p>Our client is seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor (5+ years’ PQE) to join their Cambridge team, advising a diverse client base across financial services, tech, education, insurance, transport, and non-profits—including international businesses and senior executives. This is your opportunity to work on complex, high-value employment matters and take a visible leadership role in a firm committed to your growth.</p><h3><b>The Role: Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Advise on wide-ranging employment law matters including:
