We’re looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone looking to work during school hours or needing flexibility around family commitments.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations smooth — from managing ledgers and processing invoices to stock tracking and general admin support.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Managing ledger accounts and recording financial transactions
• Handling credit control and following up on outstanding payments
• Creating and processing accurate invoices
• Coordinating deliveries and managing stock/inventory levels
• Supporting supplier communications and internal logistics
• Providing general admin support (filing, emails, document management)
• Working with tools like Sage/Xero, CSV files, and mailing software
• Supporting the team on day-to-day business operations

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in admin or finance roles (ideally within a similar industry)
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Confident using software like Sage, Xero, or similar accounting tools
• Comfortable handling data in CSV format
