Overview
The role involves creating smart, zero-carbon energy solutions using technologies like heat pumps and heat exchangers. You will model system performance, optimise lifetime efficiency, and collaborate with commercial, delivery, and operations teams to bring projects from concept to reality. You will ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all technical designs, and engage with stakeholders including local authorities, developers, and suppliers.
The UK business is growing in the rapidly developing district and decentralised heat market. You will become a member of the Engineering Team and play a key role in developing and delivering the technical solution for low carbon heating and cooling networks. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver solutions for city-wide district heating and cooling developments from opportunity to concept stage. You will have an exceptional understanding of good engineering design principles, awareness of heat networks commercial principles, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
