Part Time Accounts Assistant – 15 hours a week over 3 days

£27,000 p/a FTE – pro rata for 15 hours of work
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a classy, growing professional services firm based in the Birmingham city centre. Due to volume, they are looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to support their resident accountant with all elements of transactional finance.
Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Day-to-day bookkeeping and processing a high volume of invoices
2. General ledger and bank reconciliations
3. Chasing PO numbers and matching on accountancy software
4. Support with month-end and billing processes where necessary
5. Ad-hoc chasing of debtors
The person:
6. Vastly experienced in accounts and bookkeeping
7. A strong working knowledge of SAGE and Excel
8. Looking for part time work
9. Ability to communicate professionally with internal colleagues
10. Excellent attention to detail and a no job too small work ethic
