About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Services you will be expected to :-
1. Lead on the development of the service to provide easily accessible, non- judgmental, and confidential services, which support service users in reducing harm, engaging with treatment, and moving towards recovery and healthier
2. Working closely with, clinicians, team leaders, multi-disciplinary staff team, peer mentors, volunteers, and service user reps
3. Manage and coordinate the activities of the service, including overseeing the management of the staff team, sessional workers, sub-contractors, and volunteers/peer
4. Enable the service to deliver a range of recovery focused groups and opportunities for service users.
5. Participate in and make use of supervision, appraisal and other learning and development opportunities in line with CGL policies.
6. Ensure effective management of pharmacy-based Harm Reduction
About you:
7. Considerable experience of managing community and criminal justice, drug & alcohol services with a clear understanding of the need for and ability to deliver quality services.
8. Experience of working within and managing contracts, service agreements and service delivery systems.

10. Able to lead, inspire and develop a
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to use common MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook)
