Medical Sales Manager Job Opportunity
A leading global medical device company is looking for a talented Medical Sales Manager to drive growth across the private healthcare sector. This is a rare opportunity to join a business at the forefront of medical innovation, working with a portfolio of advanced devices that make a genuine difference to patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and deliver new business opportunities across the South East (excluding London) and East of England.
* Develop and execute a clear territory strategy that balances public and private sector engagement
* Build long-term partnerships with hospital stakeholders, procurement teams, consultants, and senior decision makers in private practice
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets
* Monitor account performance and use data-driven insights to shape business plans and deliver value to clients
* Provide in-depth product knowledge and ongoing support to healthcare professionals, ensuring confidence in adoption and usage
* Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and training events to strengthen brand visibility and market position
Candidate Profile
* A minimum of five years’ experience in medical device or healthcare sales with a strong track record of resultsCommercially astute with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into tangible business outcomes
* Proven relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels
* Resilient, self-motivated, and organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Strong analytical skills with the confidence to use data to inform decisions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to create persuasive presentations, reports, and proposals
* Full UK driving licence
