This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years' experience managing a full caseload from instruction to completion. The firm has built a strong reputation locally for quality service and client care, with a loyal client base and regular referral work. You'll be joining a small, close-knit team in a firm that genuinely values work-life balance, autonomy, and professionalism. The Role You'll be responsible for handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including: Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) Re-mortgages Transfers of equity New build transactions Shared ownership and help to buy Title checks, reporting, and drafting contracts You'll manage your own caseload from start to finish, with access to administrative support and conveyancing software to streamline processes. The firm encourages a hands-on, proactive approach to client service.
