Receptionist Dale Farm is the largest UK farmer-owned cooperative, owned by 1,300 UK farmers. We supply a wide range of dairy products, including cheese, butter, dairy spreads, fresh milk and ice cream to consumers and as food ingredients into the UK, Irish and international markets. Core to our success is our people, and we now have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist on a permanent and part time basis, based at our Head Office in Belfast. The Role: As a Receptionist, you will undertake a key front-of-house role, assumingan important positionwithin our wider Customer Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and professional individual to join the team. The role is available as part of a Job Share scheme, with working hours as Monday and Tuesday. What youll be doing: Smooth day to day running of reception office and creating a welcoming environment First point of contact for site visitors, and welcoming all visitors Answeringand transferring calls in a polite and efficient manner First point of contact for any inbound customer complaints. Once received, you will alsobe responsible forliaising with internal quality teams to follow the complaint through to resolution. Flexibility to support and assist the wider customer services team, if required, full training will be provided. What we are looking for: Minimum of1 years in a similar Receptionist or other relevant customer support role. Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to form professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders Excellent administrative skills A warm and professional manner Organised with good attention to detail Ability to resolve queries in a logical and rational manner. Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook etc) Basic knowledge of CRM / ERP platforms (desirable) Must be available to work job share days / hours (Monday and Tuesday), with flexibility to cover team holidays if needed.
