Reports to: Customer Services & Intraday Manager
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts covering 6am – 10pm (Monday – Friday) and 9am – 5pm (Saturday & Sunday)
Shifts from 6am – 8am and 4:30pm – 6:30pm are paid at £15/hour (subject to tax and NI).
Yü Smart, a Metering Equipment Manager in the Energy Sector, is seeking an Intraday Co-ordinator for our innovative business. This role offers a great opportunity to join a growing company with major expansion plans.
The role involves driving operational change, working closely with all departments and engaging with senior management regularly.
Responsibilities include:
* Understanding SMETS2 products and the metering industry.
* Building rapport with customers, field operatives, and energy suppliers.
* Managing daily operations of field operatives, including work allocation and customer expectations.
* Accurately recording information and handling multiple requests efficiently.
* Maintaining knowledge and seeking guidance when needed.
Candidate qualities:
* Ability to support a small team proactively.
* Friendly, supportive, and committed to personal and team development.
* Excellent customer service skills and approachable manner.
* Strong communication skills and confidence in handling customer interactions.
* Organizational skills, especially time and diary management.
* Experience in the Utilities industry is a plus but not essential.
