At ISP School, nestled in the beautiful Glengorse Estate in Battle, East Sussex, we provide specialist education for children aged 7-18 with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH), communication and interaction needs, and cognition and learning needs. Position: Teacher
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Salary: £28,000 - £39,590
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Your Role and Responsibilities
* Teach at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of your students
* Utilize our positive behaviour policy to help children become responsible citizens
* Motivate students to access learning and develop a lifelong love of education
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Successful teaching experience, particularly with SEN and a focus on nurturing children with SEMH and ASC needs
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum in multiple areas, preferably Science and Media, including Esports
* Excellent behaviour management skills
* A reflective practitioner with a good understanding of therapeutic approaches to education
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons
Working Conditions
