Towerview care are recruiting for a Clinical Lead to join our team at Smithy Bridge.
The role includes;
1. Assessing, planning implementing and evaluating plans of care
2. Delivering care
3. Participation in the recruitment of clincial facing staff
4. The performance management of nursing staff as part of reflective practice
5. Formulation of nurses personal development plans
6. Leadership for the team on a shift by shift bases
7. Supporting nursing staff in collating information, analysis and action plans.
8. Working proactively with the Matron to drive forward standards of nursing practice across the home at all times and ensure that safeguards are implemented to minimise harm to self or others
