About the Role
The Wai o Rua - Stratford Aquatic Centre Customer Service Officers are the superstars at the front of our facility working hard to ensure seamless processes for entry into the facility and supporting with facility bookings and retail. Our CSO's show immense pride in the facility by promoting and understanding the services on offer and have excellent communication skills in person, online and on the phone to create the ultimate customer experience for all.
A hive of activity in the morning our facility needs the ultimate morning person to open up and get everything moving for our users. If you love an early morning shift and making connections with your customers then this 5.30am - 12noon shift could be for you!
This is a part time position, minimum 30 hours per week, and is Monday to Friday but may include some weekend and public holiday work.
The salary range for this position is $25.00 to $29.00 per hour with the appointed starting level dependent on the skills and experience of the candidate.

About You
* You will have proven customer service skills with the ability to grow positive working relationships with customers, staff and community groups.
* You will be competent in the use of online and computer based programmes and participate in looking for continuous improvement for systems and processes.
* You will work well as an individual but also thrive in being part of a fantastic facility team.
* Experience in managing social media for businesses and creating engaging and informative content would be an advantage and would form part of the role for the right person.
* A Level 2 First Aid Certificate and Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate would be an advantage, but not required.
All Aquatic Services roles are subject to a police reference check under the Vulnerable Children's Act 2014.
