We’re looking for an experienced creative with technical skills to produce in-engine and in-game footage, and the talent to edit it into engaging content for trailers, social media, and more. You’ll combine cinematic capture skills with sharp editing to create polished content that resonates with the gaming community.

WHAT’S THE JOB?
You’ll be a cinematographer and editor, transforming raw gameplay and assets into engaging content. Tasks include capturing gameplay in Unreal Engine and Unity, editing trailers and social videos, and ensuring content is fast, polished, and impactful. You’ll work closely with writers, designers, producers, and clients, staying current with social trends and fan interests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Capture gameplay footage using in-engine cinematic techniques in Unreal Engine or Unity
* Edit various content types including trailers, social edits, hype reels, and explainers
* Combine footage from gameplay, interviews, live-action, or archives into compelling stories
* Resolve technical and creative capture challenges
* Adapt edits for different platforms with a focus on engagement
* Bring creative ideas from concept to delivery
* Collaborate with creative teams to maintain brand consistency
* Stay updated on video trends in gaming, football, and pop culture
* Ensure high-quality final exports ready for distribution
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Strong showreel demonstrating range, creativity, and polish
* Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
* Experience with cinematic camera techniques in games
* Proficiency with Unreal Engine and Unity for in-engine capture
* Skills in both editing and capturing in-engine footage
* Understanding of social media editing, vertical video, and fast-paced storytelling
* Good sense of sound design, music synchronization, and pacing
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Passion for video games
* Attention to detail and storytelling skills, even in short formats
* Team player with a collaborative approach
NICE-TO-HAVES
* Experience with gaming brands
* Motion graphics skills
* Knowledge of templates, motion libraries, or plug-ins
* Familiarity with tools like Frame.io, Trello, Slack, Google Suite
* Basic color grading or sound mixing skills
* Experience with 3D or animation
* Interest in football games is a plus
