Role Overview
The Public Relations & Partnerships Executive plays a key role
in shaping and sharing GAIA Skincare’s brand story across media, partners, and
professional networks. This role combines creative PR communications with
strategic partnership marketing — supporting both brand awareness and B2B
growth through effective storytelling, relationship management, and campaign
execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations (PR)
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with hospitality trade,
beauty, wellness, and lifestyle media outlets.
* Manage the creation and distribution of press releases and brand
communications, for both trade and consumer media-.
* Coordinate press requests, product send-outs, and work alongside
the Social Media Executive for influencer gifting programs.
* Monitor media coverage and prepare monthly PR reports to measure
exposure and sentiment.
* Support brand storytelling through editorial content, features,
and event coverage.
Partnerships & B2B Marketing Support
Assist in managing and developing GAIA’s B2B partner marketing
relationships (spas, hotels, and wellness retailers).
* Create and deliver marketing assets and toolkits to support the
sales team and GAIA Spa partner.
* Collaborate with the sales and spa teams to coordinate joint
campaigns, events, and product launches.
* Manage partner listings, imagery, and digital content to ensure
brand consistency across all partner touchpoints.
* Support the launch of new spa partner accounts, liaising with
spa/hotel marketing teams
* Support trade events, exhibitions, and brand activations — from
logistics to communications
General Marketing Support
* Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on campaign
planning and content development, working closely with the social media
executive and graphic designer.
* Supporting the GAIA Sales team with ad-hoc requests from spa
partner accounts.
* Support the coordination of PR and partner marketing budgets and
timelines.
Skills & Experience
* 2+ years’ experience in PR, marketing, or communications
(preferably within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors).
* Strong media and influencer relations skills, with an
understanding of UK beauty press.
* Excellent written and verbal communication with an eye for
tone, storytelling, and detail.
* Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
* Experience supporting B2B or trade marketing campaigns is a
strong advantage.
* Passionate about natural skincare, wellness, and sustainable
living.
