Do you have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, even in the bustling environment of a secondary school?
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated School Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our school is a safe, efficient, and inspiring place to learn. As our Operations Manager, you will be the linchpin that connects our facilities, finance, health and safety, educational visits and administrative functions.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, ensuring our school runs like a well-oiled machine so our teachers can focus on what they do best: providing an exceptional education.

Essential Experience
* Experience of working in a senior / middle management position
* Significant expertise in management and administrative procedures
* Evidence of successful management and leadership of diverse teams
* Significant experience of using a range of ICT packages (for example, Google drive, Microsoft Office, finance software)
Experience and exposure to education sector
Desirable Experience
* Knowledge of relevant legislation (Equal opportunities, Health and Safety, GDPR, etc)
* Evidence of working effectively with a wide range of external partners
* Successful track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
* Knowledge of accessing or returning statistical information required by ESFA, DfE, LA or similar bodies
A working knowledge of facilities management
