What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll bring your expertise and leadership to drive key projects and support our growing team. Here's what you'll be up to:
* Assist in setting product priorities and delivering updates to stakeholders.
* Promote the use of cutting-edge tools and technologies to empower your team.
* Mentor and coach software engineers of varied experience levels.
* Foster a collaborative environment where creativity and innovation flourish.
* Design, write, and test product features.
* Solve complex problems collaboratively with your team.
* Conduct code peer reviews and write automated tests to ensure code quality.
* Troubleshoot builds, deployments, and manage production incidents.
* Handle support escalations and contribute to solution design.
What We’re Looking For:
* Full-stack development experience and a passion for continual learning.
* Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
* Experience with Docker, React, Spring Boot, and Atlassian products.
* Prior experience mentoring junior engineers.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
