What the Job Involves As a Housing Solutions Reviews Officer, you will conduct independent legal reviews of housing allocation decisions made under Lambeth Council’s Allocations Policy. Your role involves liaising with external partners, conducting statutory review enquiries, and providing comprehensive review and appeals services. You will ensure decisions are legally robust, manage the use of temporary accommodation, assist with housing appeals in court, and write statutory review decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. The role requires working closely with other teams and developing professional relationships with various stakeholders.
