Location: Reading (Hybrid - 3 days in office) Accessible via train but ideally driving with onsite parking.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (Depending on Experience)

They are seeking an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to join their dynamic marketing team, driving their retail marketing strategy across multiple channels while maintaining the exclusivity and desirability of their luxury brand.
Develop and implement comprehensive retail marketing strategies aligned with the brand positioning
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all retail touchpoints
Oversee in-store marketing initiatives and visual merchandising direction
Manage retail-focused digital marketing campaigns and customer journey optimization
Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
Work closely with retail operations to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on KPIs
Proven experience in retail marketing, specifically within the luxury sector
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Creative thinker with meticulous attention to detail
Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
