SEND Support Location: Peterlee Working hours: 30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday Contract type: Long term, temporary Leader Education are excited to recruit a committed and caring Support Assistant to join a welcoming and collaborative team at a renowned SEND school. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established specialist setting that provides exceptional education and support for children and young people aged 2–19. The school supports pupils with a wide range of additional needs, including autism, communication difficulties, SEMH challenges, and physical disabilities. Committed to inclusive, personalised learning, it provides a safe, nurturing environment where staff work together to help every pupil build confidence, independence, and achieve their full potential.
