The Role
You’ll partner directly with the CFO, CEO and exec team, helping shape strategy, challenge thinking and drive performance across the business.
This is as much about storytelling and influence as it is numbers.
You’ll be:
* Leading business cases around new product launches, investments and strategic initiatives
* Supporting brand and marketing teams with commercial insight and performance analysis
* Owning FP&A, planning cycles and forward-looking strategic modelling
* Driving decision-making through clear, actionable insight, not just reporting
* Playing a key role in investor relations and board-level communication
* Operating in a PLC-style environment with exposure to senior stakeholders and external narratives
* Building relationships across the business, challenging and supporting in equal measure
You’ll be expected to have a view. And be comfortable backing it.
What they’re looking for
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong commercial finance and FP&A background
* Experience working in a fast-paced, consumer-focused business
* Confident influencing senior stakeholders, including board-level
* Strong modelling skills, with Excel and Power BI
* Naturally curious, commercially sharp and comfortable challenging the status quo
