We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-known organization on the Isle of Sheppey. This role involves supporting customers as the first point of contact, providing detailed information about services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will be comfortable working to deadlines, multitasking, and engaging with customers to go the extra mile.
Responsibilities include:
* Answering customer inquiries about products and services accurately and efficiently.
* Handling orders, cancellations, and returns smoothly.
* Resolving customer complaints through attentive listening, clear communication, and offering solutions or escalating as needed.
* Tracking performance and creating reports to improve service quality.
* Recommending related products and services.
* Responding to customer reviews and feedback.
* Using in-house systems to record data accurately.
