Johnson Analytica are currently recruiting for a Graphic Design Assistant to join the design team of a growing organisation based in Oldbury.
In this full-time, office-based role, you'll collaborate closely with the in-house Graphic Designer to produce high-quality creative work across both digital and print media. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced, friendly, and design-focused environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Assisting the Graphic Designer with day-to-day creative and production tasks
* Designing visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - Premiere Pro is a plus)
* Creating digital content such as web banners, social media graphics, and email visuals
* Producing print materials including flyers, POS displays, and in-store signage
* Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs
* Handling file management, image formatting, and occasional marketing admin
What we're looking for:
* A strong creative flair and attention to visual detail
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
* Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour and composition
* Organised, reliable, and meticulous with your work
* A positive, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
This is a full time role, initially on a fixed term 1 year contract basis with a possibility of becoming permanent
