The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and SEND staff to support students with a range of learning needs. You’ll provide one-to-one and small-group assistance, helping students engage with lessons and develop essential skills for success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students in lessons, ensuring they access the curriculum fully
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support tailored to individual needs
* Encourage confidence, independence, and positive attitudes to learning
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement support strategies
* Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
About You:
* Caring, patient, and enthusiastic about helping young people
* Able to build positive relationships with students and staff
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Experience supporting children or young people (in school or similar setting) preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
