Role Description
Have you ever imagined working in a busy, exciting and high performing estate agency team where effort, attitude and service really matter?
We are expanding our Poole operation and are looking for someone with drive, positivity and a genuine desire to help people move home. This role is open to both experienced estate agents and those looking to break into the industry. If you already have experience in valuing, negotiating and progressing sales, brilliant, you will have the opportunity to grow even further. If you are new to estate agency but have the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn, we will invest in training and development to help you succeed.
This is a role for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships and working in a fast paced environment where your effort directly contributes to your success.
You will be involved in:
* Conducting viewings, including Saturdays, with a day off in the week
* Following up enquiries and viewings
* Speaking regularly with buyers and sellers
* Creating new business opportunities
* Prospecting and building relationships
* Negotiating offers and helping clients move forward
* Supporting the branch with day to day activity
* Delivering outstanding client care throughout the journey
The person we are looking for:
* May have estate agency experience, but it is not essential
* Must hold a full driving licence
* Takes pride in their personal presentation
* Enjoys working as part of a team
* Communicates clearly and confidently
* Wants a genuine career rather than just a job
* Has strong work ethic, resilience and a positive attitude
* Is comfortable working in a performance and commission driven environment
