What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting teachers in the classroom
Working 1:1 or in small groups to re-engage students
Assisting with behaviour management and calm de-escalation
Helping pupils with focus, routines, and emotional wellbeing
Adapting quickly to different school cultures and expectations
What We’re Looking For
Confident drivers willing to travel daily across RCT
Patient, approachable, and calm under pressure
Strong communicators with a proactive mindset
Reliable and flexible team players
Experience in youth work, coaching, care, or similar (school experience a bonus)
Passionate about making a difference in education
