RGB Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading highways contractor who is seeking an experienced SSSTS / SMSTS Supervisor to join a major highways scheme in Cambridgeshire.
This is a long-term contract opportunity, ideal for a Supervisor with strong highways experience and proven site leadership skills.
🔹 The Role:
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager
Supervising a site team of 20–30 operatives
Delivering daily briefings and toolbox talks
Ensuring all Health & Safety standards are adhered to
Supporting programme delivery and driving site productivity
🔹 About You:
Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
CSCS card
Proven experience supervising highways projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Confident managing large site teams and maintaining safe systems of work
