About the Role
As a Workshop Coffee Machine Engineer, you’ll be primarily workshop‑based, diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a range of coffee equipment to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
* Planned, preventative servicing (annual maintenance and inspections)
* Reactive repairs and fault‑finding
* Focused on minimising waste and reducing unnecessary parts usage
* Collaborate closely with field engineers, wholesale team and service desk
* Support logistics, scheduling, stock control, and ordering
What We’re Looking For
* A logical, methodical approach to fault‑finding
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
* Positive, motivated, and reliable mindset
* Commitment to excellent customer service
Skills & Experience
* At least 2 years’ experience working with traditional espresso machines, bean‑to‑cup machines and water boilers
* Good electro‑mechanical knowledge
* Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
* Full, clean UK driving licence (occasionally required to drive company vehicles)

Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000 – £30,000 per year
