The Ideal Candidate: Possesses a strong qualification in Mathematics (PGCE or equivalent). Demonstrates a passion for Maths and the ability to inspire students. Holds a proven track record of success in teaching Maths at a secondary level (experience is preferable but not essential). Employs a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learners.
