Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi‑beverage supplier in the UK, offering a range of beers, ciders and soft drinks including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti, Brooklyn, Hobgoblin, Wainwright, J2O, Robinsons, Tango, London Essence, as well as Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton and Rockstar Energy.
With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 6 production facilities and 16 logistics depots servicing customers across the UK.
In this role as Customer Development Executive, you will help grow Carlsberg Britvic market share within your defined territory by driving sales of our portfolio of beers, ciders and soft drinks and maximizing brand availability in convenience stores.
What You’ll Do
Working with a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for making face‑to‑face contact with convenience retailers, establishing and retaining new business opportunities, and delivering a territory business plan focused on maximizing sales opportunities.
* Partner with customers by building outstanding relationships in convenience stores, understanding retailer’s needs, local consumers, and executing solutions.
* Adopt a full category‑based selling approach to growing and developing every outlet.
* Create a winning territory business plan and take a business development approach to grow sales and market share.
* Use data and evidence‑based retailer successes to drive best practice in your territory and region.
* Develop a growth mindset and adaptable approach demonstrating alternative solutions to challenges and winning over stores.

* Participating as part of a team pro‑actively.
* Full valid manual driving licence, eligibility to work in the UK and live within a 60‑minute commute from the location of the role.

* A starting salary of £30,000, with the opportunity to earn a 20% quarterly bonus.
