Key Responsibilities: People-Focused Service: Support the delivery of a people-centred HR service that is both effective and consistent, blending empathy with commercial awareness. Comprehensive HR Support: Provide end-to-end support for all employment matters, including induction, recruitment, colleague development, and the management of complex casework and change initiatives. Policy Development: Collaborate with the HR & Payroll Manager to review and modernise employment-related policies and procedures, ensuring these are effectively communicated to all staff. Wellbeing and Engagement Initiatives: Champion staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives across the organisation, playing a vital role in enhancing our workplace culture. Continuous Improvement: Assist in driving continuous improvement by identifying innovative and effective ways of working within the HR function. Data Analysis: Collect, review, and analyse people-related data to identify trends, providing actionable recommendations for cost-effective solutions aligned with legislation and future business needs. Professional Development: Commit to your personal and professional development, ideally holding or working towards a CIPD Level 5 qualification, while supporting colleagues in their own growth. General Responsibilities: Promote Company Values: Act as a role model within the organisation by embodying our values and code of conduct in all interactions. Person Specification: Qualifications & Experience: CIPD Level 5: Ideally possess a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience. Employment Law Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment law with the ability to apply it practically. HR Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced HR environment. Coaching Skills: Proven experience in coaching practices that promote employee growth and development. IT Proficiency: Exceptional IT skills, able to source, design, and present information in a user-friendly format. Data Analysis Skills: Experience in data preparation and analysis, turning insights into actionable strategies.
