We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, personable and highly organised office administrator to ensure the smooth running of our day to day operations. This is a Grade 5 role, reporting to the Office Manager. Within this administrative role, you will; Assist with administration of attendance across our school Maintain computerised systems, producing reports and letters as required Support the management of data, tracking and providing reports as required Working alongside the Office Manager to maintain the school website and social media Organising peripatetic lessons Acting as an ambassador of the school whilst welcoming parents and visitors Updating pupil data Deal with situations of a sensitive/confidential nature Support with reprographics To train as a first aider to support with this across the school Appropriate training will be provided to enable you to succeed and grow within this crucial and exciting role.
