Located just outside of Ashford in Singleton, the pub is easy to reach by car or bus, and is a short journey from Ashford International Station. Family friendly, with a large garden and play area for the kids, Singleton Barn is also one of the most popular pubs in Ashford for live sport. The pub offers a delicious menu of freshly prepared dishes and tempting daily specials from the blackboard. What You’ll Do Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and team leadership. Take responsibility for sections of the kitchen, ensuring dishes meet company standards. Mentor and develop junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive environment. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance at all times. Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials. Help with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation. What’s In It For You?
